yeahz..manage to get 2 off days this week...one is the labour day PH and one is normal off day per week..
once again..as usual..i'm dam bored...
well...maybe ltr gona meet up with wx after her interview..then in the evening..meet up with yz.reformating my com...a computer genius..
then around midnight..meeting up with koteks..alfiean ..haha...the modern muslin guy..

this few days..i been calculately my expenses every month...apart from the public transport fare..the biggest among of money i spent each month is VICEROY LIGHT...-_-
LOL...nearly hit 200 bucks each month...smoking can be so pleasure...but can be painful too...hard earn money all burn and smoke into my lung...nice marination for my lung though...
well...after i get to know my workplace colleges...i got him to buy malaysia marlboro for me every 2 days...5 buck per pack nia...well...helps alot in saving money..but that doesn't help my lung from stopping to turn black..lol..
ewww...i'm so evil to my lung...
trying hard to quit smoking...always tell myself..last stick...but..the last stick will always appear again and again...lol...forget it lahz...haha..
ya..my previous entry..i said that my attachment was fun...so..here..how FUN it is...
u see..getting up at 5.30am..leave hse at 6.45am..reach the hotel at 7.30am..FUN life begins...
things to do everyday in butchery kitchen..and kitchen with temperature of 5 degree to 15 degree celcius...
vacuum the squid..prawns..and mussel...
open 1 to 2 box of live oyster..
vaccum scallop..pork bacon..
trim the lamb leg and debone it..then portion out into small cube for other outlets..
cut and trim the chicken thigh and leg...
do some vacuum on the chicken breast..duck breast...on lucky days...tie the chicken breast with butcher string..-_-
trim snapple..tioman ..cod...and..SALMON..the most teadious one...
this few days...i got to see the butcher chef deboning the whole lamb!!LOL...thats something u won't get to see it everyday...
then...
trim sirloin..tenderloin..ribeye...venison..lamb rack..and the..beef rack??..lol..dam fucking big..
pork loin...lamb loin...
well..thats about all in the butcher kitchen..lol...FUN right??haha!!
end of the day in raffles..i leave around 4.30 pm...reach home about 5.30pm..have my dinner...surf net for awhile..then sleep...next moring...the whole cycle begins again and again..
thats my life now currently...
maybe my lifestyle will change again when i was transfer to other outlet...split shift...12hrs per day inthe kitchen...LOL...
