Sunday...night time..

i'm getting used of mu life now...everything was just fine for me last week..except for some opinion and politics stuffs in the kitchen...
another good colleges of mine has just quit yesterday...well..soon to be me...i mean..not quit...change outlet instead..


i starts to think really carefully, is french fine dining really the right route for my culinary life?
Ans= .....i do still prefer chinese cuisine...

i'm getting sick of truffle...dun know why so many french ppl loves this wild ugly mushroom which cost 1k over for just 500gm of it...it taste totally sux..

another one..carviar...makes me puke...15gm of it cost up to 1k over...again..french dudes loves it...and willing to pay for it..

alright..got to brainstorm some starter or chef treats dishes, we call it amuse and apperentiff in french..??

wonder will i get fuck by the chef tml...=_=!!!
