damn fucking busy....with the team of 9 ppl...now left only 7 of us to run the whole kitchen...2 of our chef went to France for training and holiday...-_-!!
last week...there were japanese sous chef from swissotel nankai osaka attach to our kitchen for some training.
well..feeling excited...its my first time working with a japanese chef...
but one problem...communication with him was a disaster...both of us tried our best.using sign language and simple japanese terms to talk...it helps...but not that much..hahahaha!!!

when some cool dudes which dun speak English properly and especially japanese chef come to our kitchen...there will always be some crows to join in...lol...what am i talking abt...
some of my colleges tried to make fun of the jap chef...teaching him vulgurities..saying that 'KNN' is a kind of fish...and others keep talking bad and looking down of the chef....

dear dudes...keep all this comment and ya generous teaching to yourself..i dun care if u dun like japanese porn...doesn't mean u have to treat japanese like that...

well..atleast i know the japanese chef uses his skill and knowledge to earn the sous chef position...u know what i mean dude...
