sorry dudes for not updating my blog...
i only got one word to say...i'm dam fucking busy..

yeahz...busy with my work...everything..lol...
this whole week..in the kitchen..there were qutie some function going on..the major one is gona be the canape function..total of 250 pax...100 over dollars per person...lol...

the preparation is the subject....we have to prepare over 150 pcs of canapes for each item...dam...

imagine i have to do the cornet...150 pcs with only 7 metal cone...

theres one new guy in the kitchen now...a cook 3...from malaysia...
lol...kinda have a feeling of being stuck somewhere..lol...with malaysian...lol..kidding dude...
fun teaching him..and a way we both exchange knowledge...he told me he gona teach me carving!!..yeahz!!
