woooot!!

phew...finally..the big event in raffles hotel is over..total of 3.3k pax..
its a really big event for us..

really thankz the guys and gals from shatec jan 07 and gals from temasek poly and ITE culinary college ...they did a great job on helping us on the preperation..
without them..i think i can hang myself due to all the damn stupid mis en place...lol..

especially to joleen..helping me out on the live station today..she did a great job..though i can see the nervous and tension from her during the service time...hehe...i think this event is gona be a great experience for her..=)

tuesday my chef with be going oversea for a week..wonder wad will happen to the kitchen without him...what will those ' dudesss' do...fuck and fuck..lol..i dun give a damn...hahaha...

one of my station partner is leaving in 2 weeks time...again..i'm left alone again to take care the station...bored..-_-!!!

and in dunnoe when..but soon...dino is leaving..another nice guy goin off...lesser ppl work..more pressure and work for the leftover..me...stress....T_T...

well...i be leaving also..my attachment over soon..in abt 2 mth..haha...then..NS...wtf...

damn...what will RG be in few months time..will it survive??...shall see...
